Dear Jeff:
I would like to commend you for your choice of employees. Everyone there that I had contact with displayed concern and
compassion, demonstrated knowledge, credibility and integrity, and I entrusted them implicitly. I can absolutely say it has been
a pleasure doing business with you and your people. Leslie was expeditious with the appointments. She and Cheri were prompt
with call-backs and very pleasant with the customer. And Jim (he's a star in my eyes) was a real professional, easing my
concerns and explaining every step. He turned a fiasco (from what the other plumbers caused) into a walk in the park - took
my anxiety away and made me feel at ease. And when he left, the water was flowing. I knew I was in good hands, and could
proceed to the next steps with Plumber's Service without fear. As for Dan and Steve, their first and foremost interest was me,
the customer, and addressing the issue. Very professional, and just nice people.
Just want to say thank you, and again, it has been a pleasure. I would not hesitate to refer your company. The word will be
out.
